METHOD OF SHIPPING

Most domestic orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Occasionally UPS may be used for domestic shipments. For International customers, your package may be transferred to the country's local postal service for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping is anything shipped outside of the United States. The buyer will be responsible any import fees/taxes based on your country's policies. Please see Our International Orders Page for more information.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please note that all orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days.

After the order has been shipped out and received by the carrier, we shall update you with a track and track code which will enable you to follow up on your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24hrs or 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Mo'Nique Couture Fashions is not liable for shipping companies delay, any misrouted or lost packages. All claims are filed through USPS or the mail carrier directly.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

We take pride in every order. We understand that plans can change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order.

In is worth noting that we require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of all orders. If cancellation is not made in 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped to you.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE 

In situations where you would like your address to be changed, please contact us via email or our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) with the new  shipping address or befitting address. 

Please note that once the order has been shipped, we can not alter the shipping address.

DISCOUNT CODE CAN NOT BE APPLIED AFTER PURCHASE.

Please note that we do not apply discount codes after an order has been placed and we do not issue refunds. However, in the case where Mo'Nique Couture Fashions is to issue a refund for discount, our department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on the amount to be refunded.
